msgsize

Qmail-POP3d does not calculate mail sizes according to RFC 1939, section 11, but gives figures that are too low. This patch fixes the problem and applies to the netqmail 1.05 source.

check-dt

Qmail bounces a mail as soon as it finds two identical "Delivered-To:" lines in the message header in order to avoid mail loops. However, in some situations (if you're using Majordomo, for example), it makes sense to allow two or three identical "Delivered-To:" lines, which is what this patch does. The patch is against netqmail 1.05.
